Raymond Adamson serves as Sales Executive for ServicEngine and is responsible for presenting viable BPO solutions to companies around the world. Mr. Adamson brings over six years of sales and marketing experience to ServicEngine from Gleason Technology and Innovative Software Solutions (ISSI). While working with ISSI, Mr. Adamson provided comprehensive software solutions to Taft-Hartley organizations across the US and Canada, which maintained benefits for over one million individuals. Mr. Adamson holds a Political Science degree from Lynchburg College.
Kevin Kochan is ServicEngine's Vice President of U.S. Operations. Mr. Kochan serves as a single point of contact for ServicEngine clients, accountable for quality of service, client satisfaction, employee performance and project deliverables. Mr. Kochan oversees ServicEngine's operating model, and short and long term performance. Mr. Kochan holds more than 10 years of experience in the Information Technology sector, with 3 years experience leading outsourcing teams in the U.S and offshore. Mr. Kochan previously worked for Xerox, LexisNexis and Benefitfocus.
Mr. Kochan holds a bachelor degree in Corporate Communications from Plymouth State University.
